Hello, I'm Sasha!
THE PROJECT: "This past September marked the 20th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. To honor all who were lost, The Arc joined forces with local chapters of The Arc and other community organizations to develop inclusive volunteer projects centered around the September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance (9/11 Day)."
THE ASSIGNMENT: To create a PDF toolkit that provides tips for recruitment and engagement, social media guidelines and expectations, and sample copy for press releases, to legislators, and general social media presence. The toolkit must be on-brand for The Arc, along with being visually accessible for the reader.
THE PROCESS: My goal was to have a clean and modern design, that was easy to follow and easy to read. To achieve this, I kept the font large, spaced out, with crisp color contrast. Visual elements were added to help the reader follow the message, while also adding meaning and context for the copy.
